dallas i tried whip spec and all it does is hit but no damage done

Mario:
whip isn't meant to ALWAYS damage, its just meant to coil around the player/npc+tangle them for 5 seconds

Mod Dallas:
All whip spec is meant to do is whatever you hit, takes away that amount of run from your opponent.
Example:
X10 Hits: You hit a 500, 50 run energy is removed from your opponent.
Normal Hits: You hit a 50, 50 run energy is removed from your opponent.

That is why it doesn't work on NPC's as it wouldn't effect them in any way.
