Title: Announcements and quick reply

Yeah the announcements are there guys, just at the bottom
I think it should be at the top of the page again with a banner
If its changed i'll make a banner for announcements depending on if you can add one above the text

Also, i think quick reply might be a handy thing for us
From memory its relatively easy to add i'm sure dallas can figure it out ^.^
